Where Can You Find Harry Potter Puppet Pals Costume?

Well, I was surfing 4chan.org when I saw a picture of these 4 guys dressed up as exact puppet replicas of this famous youtube video.
The costumes were hilarious. I was wondered if any costume like this exists or if the costumes I saw were just homemade.
