There are no pokemon costumes specifically made for dogs. The best you can do is by a pokemon costume for kids, take it apart, and stitch it back together to fit your dog. Or, you can just get one made.

I just decided that my shith tzu shall be squirtle for halloween. And my dad’s boston terrier can be…..erm…. growlithe? ya. lets go with that.
Throw the dog in a trash compactor. A few moments later, and it will be in a mudkip costume.
