What’s A Good Halloween Costume For A Pale Teenage Redheaded Girl?

Please help me by giving me some ideas for halloween?
I'm super pale and I've got red hair, so playing off of those would be great.
I kind of want to have a home-made costume, but pictures from sites are welcome.
I like to have funny or quirky costumes too, so don't be afraid to give some weird ideas.
Ideas so far: mario/luigi, daphne from scooby-doo, a porcelain doll. you can help expand on my ideas.

I’m also very pale and with red hair. We’ve got it easy, hon. We can be dead people/zombies, a lot of different cartoon characters and children’s book characters, just to name a few.
If you’re of Irish heritage, go as Grace O’Malley! She was a famous female pirate.
If you’re of Nordic Heritage, go as Pippi Longstockings!
You could be the Wendy’s cartoon girl, too if you’re just flat American.
I’m usually a historical figure and have been Queen Reina Sigrith of Sweden or one of the famous female Vikings Rusila, Stikla, Princess Sela, Alvid, Ladgerda… well, I think I’ve been all of them at one time or another! LOL! I don’t mind explaining to people who I’m dressed as though.
If all else fails, go with “zombie”. The pale skin means we just do some light theatre makeup and fake wounds/blood. We already look dead if we hold our faces just right. tee-hee!

backwards dorothy. Dorothy from Wizard of Oz had red shoes so you can work backwards. Then instead of tapping ur heels twice it will be your head.
Get a blue gingham pullover dress and white shirt, put your hair in pigtails and you can be Wendy.. from the fast food chain.
