What Are Some Unique/creative Puggle Dog Costume Ideas?

I have a Puggle who weighs about 24lbs. I'm entering him in a dog costume contest but don't want to purchase the standard everyone-has-it costume from the store. I'm willing to put some time and effort in for DIY costume. Any ideas? I want it to be creative and unique! I am also willing to be in costume if that will help. For example I've seen the dog dressed as a cop and the owner as a prisoner. That was pretty funny. I want to do something way more creative than a standard like that though. Help!

Lilo and Stitch, you could be Lilo and your dog could be stitch
or like you could be minnie mouse and your dog could be micky or pluto or something
Why not get some fabric and make him a Dalmatian? Then you could be a firefighter or Cruella Deville.
if you like anime at all maybe a roleplay costume would work…..or you could do what that other answer said about the Dalmation?
