I have absolutely no money for a Halloween costumes. I was just wondering if anyone could help me find a site or give me any ideas on what i could use from home to create a costumes. I have dresses and I have one skirt. If any one could please help that would be great. Thanks

My daughter wants to be a baby in a baby carriage for Halloween. The baby costume is easy, but I'm trying to figure out the best and lightest way to construct what would look like a carriage that she can walk in but looks like it has wheels. You've seen costumes before that are store bought that look like a kid driving Thomas the Tank or riding a horse. Something of that nature but a homemade version of a carriage.
