Is This A Good Tonks ( From Harry Potter) Costume?

Is this a good Tonks costume?
1. dark jeans
2. red collared shirt underneath a long sleeved plain black shirt
3. black raggety looking jacket
4. dark brown gloves with the fingers cut
5. a wand in the pocket
And does anyone have an idea on what shoes to wear? I don't have big boots, so what else can i wear?
