How Could I Make This Costume School Appropriate? (and Home-made)?

Me and my two friends are going to the halloween dance together, we're going as a pimp and his two hoes (the guys idea of course but we found it very amusing). but how can i make my costume at home, without buying alost of stuff, like using clothing i already have. And have it school appropriate? please help
(and pease don't critisize my costume choice)

yeah, it doesn’t necessarily have to be showy, but wild and show-offy. bright colors, bold prints, crazy makeup.
well the guy can wear a zuit suit with gold chains.
umm i think if you wear extremely high heels and fish nets.
and short stuff, but have leggins so then it won’t be all “showy”
