Homemade Halloween crayon costume for a dog?

My dog is pretty big, and he is going trick-or-treating with us.
Well, me, my dad, and my three cousins are all going to be crayons.
All different colors, and we are home making the costumes.
We need to know how to make a homemade crayon costume for him.

make the body part out of fabric (with the crayon logo on it) and then make a cone-shaped hat out of foam (to be the top part of the crayon). make sure that you use a foam like foamies for the hat part so u can paint it the same color as the outfit.
