im looking for a cute/sexy idea for a halloween costume..i dont want to spend on one at the store but i am willing to buy some things that i need to put a good one together..i dont want to look like a total slut but i want a little bit of sex appeal

a couple years ago I got this pair of "hooker boots" as my friends affectionately call them. (they were knee high, thick high heeled, rubber soled) and I let my friend break them in for me – her costume was my boots, a jean skirt, a red checkered shirt tied in front of her stomach, one of those straw hats.
