Home Made Costumes Help?

I have absolutely no money for a Halloween costumes. I was just wondering if anyone could help me find a site or give me any ideas on what i could use from home to create a costumes. I have dresses and I have one skirt. If any one could please help that would be great. Thanks

be a cheerleader!!!!! Ok, well, wear SOFFEE shorts ( that say cheer on the back) , a tank top, pom poms ( ask your little sister, baby cousin, ect) and that should be good!!
